Become a Volunteer

If you've got the time we've got lots of projects that you can help with. We support our volunteers by offering training, providing high quality information materials and organising opportunities for volunteers to get together. Possible roles include:

Admin Helper

Designer

Fundraiser

Media Liason

Presentation Materials

Presenter

Researcher and Bid-Writing Helper

Organise a Fund-Raising Event

Fund-raising events don't have to be hard work or be expected to raise vast sums at a time. As the suggestions below show they can be easily managed social events which bring a few friends together for an enjoyable time. However small the amount raised it will help a refugee child in Conakry receive an education and the event itself will help raise awareness of the plight of these children.

Invite Us to Speak to Your Group

We are happy to talk to groups (within a 30 mile radius of Broseley,Shropshire, UK) about what Conakry Refugee School is doing to help refugee children look forward to a positive future and how Friends of CRS is trying to help.
